This @hivos @freetobemenigeria project on strategic plan helps to define the direction in the organization travel, by reviewing and establishing realistic goals that are in line with the vision and mission of the organization. The strategic plan covers the objectives/goals for the next five(5) years.
This meeting also created a sense of collaboration and collective responsibility.
